|Products purchased from PROVIX INC. must be paid for in advance by cheque, credit card or PayPal.|
PROVIX INC. will accept formal "Purchase Orders" from companies who have submitted a credit application. Payment then becomes due upon receipt of goods. A $35.00 CAD/$25.00 USD administration fee is applied to each order that is not paid in advance. i.e. "Purchase Orders"
|Attention PayPal Users|
|Your confirmation from PayPal indicates that PayPal has removed the funds from your account. The funds are NOT transferred to PROVIX INC. at that time. Some time after your PayPal confirmation, (perhaps the following day), PROVIX INC. receives a notification that funds are available to transfer. PROVIX INC. must then go on-line to PayPal and instruct them to transfer the funds to our account. After this instruction is submitted to PayPal, the money is tranferred to PROVIX INC. in 5 - 7 business days. Once the PayPal funds are deposited in our account, your order is released to shipment.|
|PROVIX INC. (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within 6 months from the date of original purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced (at the Company’s option) without charge for parts and repair labor.|
To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale), specification of defect(s), transportation prepaid, to an approved warranty station, or the Company at the address shown below.

This warranty does not extend to delivery expenses, to costs incurred for removal or reinstallation of the product, the elimination of externally generated static or noise, to the correction of antenna problems, or to damage to any accessories, or electrical systems.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident.
THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE, AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. ANY ACTION FOR BREECH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREECH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability other that expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.
|Return and Refund Policy|
|If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Provix product, please call 1-888-434-0253 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Build-to-order, special-order or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Provix will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Provix within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Provix will assess a 20% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory.|
